Zyrtec is an antihistamine used to cure and relieve the symptoms of allergies and hives (urticaria). Some of the allergic symptoms that Zyrtec prevents are runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes.
How Taken
Zyrtec comes as a tablet to use by mouth. The general dosage is a pill per day. Zyrtec can be taken regularly or only when experiencing allergy symptoms. Follow your doctor`s directions. Don't use less or exceed the dose recommended by your physician.

Take Zyrtec with caution. Don't drive or perform other possibly unsafe tasks until you know how you respond to this medication. If your symptoms do not improve or if they worsen, ask your physician.
