Apply for the Direct Relief Fund for Puppet Artists

Greetings, Applicant!

Here are just a few examples of documents you might provide to demonstrate your paid work in the field of puppetry between January 1, 2019 - March 1, 2020. It is key that you submit paperwork that illustrates proof of an exchange with an outside party. As this will determine your eligibility, please be as detailed and specific as possible to help us have a clear view of your paid puppetry work within the noted time frame. Due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to follow up on deficient applications. Please ensure that your samples include proof of acceptance or payment i.e., a submitted invoice must be paired with proof of payment.

We may update the samples as we have more. If you have questions, you may contact relieffund@puppeteers.org and we'll try to answer as soon as we can.
