Ready, Set, Puppetshow! is an exciting workshop that motivates people to make their vision a reality. Carole presents a fun, clear, and concise process to go from concept to production using practical techniques used at most professional theaters. Participants will learn how a puppet-show gets developed including protocols, budget tips, and basic writing skills featuring storyboards. Everyone will learn how to make a small simple paper mock-up so they can predict what the final puppet can be. They will also learn basic scale modeling techniques so they can anticipate costs and spacial needs for their show. Finally, everyone will create an action plan so they leave motivated and accountable to their own goals. All needed tools will be provided.
